This happens occasionally on the Android Market and it is not specific to our Applications and if it persist you should go to whoever supports your device, either you carrier or phone manufacture but I can give you some things to try.
Try again:
Try clearing your Market and Download Manger:
Try power cycling your device:
This is because the application does not launch directly. Technically speaking it does not have a default activity that can be launched. This is mostly common for Live Wallpapers. These specifically can be used by going to your home screen, pressing the menu button, selecting Wallpapers > Live Wallpapers, then selecting the Live Wallpaper you want to apply to you homescreen.
Note: The following applies to "un-hacked" devices only.* What if my device has been customized or hacked?
First off it must be at least running Android 2.1.

Many of the things that apply to any other Android phone and visa versa because of how they work is determined by the Android Operating System.
I will not be distributing this to respect the copyright owners but if you obtain it through a friend, the internet or some other means you can add the sound "droid.ogg" to your SD Card in the folder /media/audio/notifications/. You may have to create these directories. The official one has an extension of ogg but if yours is a different type then don't rename the extension.
Like many devices there is the possibility that third party modifications can be made to add functionality to devices. These modifications are not support by the manufactures and are not well documented. You are free to use my software on these devices but I may or may not be able to support you.
The benefits of using such third party may be given you features to your phone not originally included with phone, or access to a future release of the android software. But they are only recommended for tech savvy people and may possibly leave your phone unusable and voided of warranty. So proceed at your own risk, but have fun.
All my mobile applications and especially Live Wallpapers are designed to use as least amount of power without sacrificing users experience. All of BetterYourDroid’s Live Wallpapers never use battery when the screen is off and whenever they are not visible. Many of my Live Wallpapers also have an additional feature that allows you to adjust the frame delay. This will of course cause any animations to look slower but will save battery life for those that this is a concern to.
Other steps you may want to do is turn off any other unneeded services to extend your battery life. The Power Control widget on Google 2.0 devices is an excellent for quickly turning these on and off. WiFi in particular is something you may want to turn off when you’re out and about because the radio takes a lot of power compared to other components of the phone.
As a side note at times the Battery Usage states on the phone may be misleading. If you take the phone of the charger and have a Live Wallpaper applied to your phone and you go to battery usage in settings you may see a high percentage for Live Wallpapers. This is because the phone is only giving you a small usage sample and is not typical with standard usage. In testing with my personal phone I have not seen Live Wallpapers to be a substantial drain to battery life.
